Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy an eSIM data plan from Safar Demo ("we", "us") on safar-demo.nokshilabs.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them. Safar Demo runs this store.
1. What we sell
We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM: a digital SIM you install by scanning a QR code. A plan gives an amount of data, in the countries listed on the plan, for a number of days. Plans are data only: they do not include a phone number, calls or text messages unless the plan page says so.
2. Before you buy
- Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to one mobile network. Please check this before you buy: we cannot refund a plan because the phone is not compatible once the eSIM is installed.
- Speeds and coverage depend on the local networks. We show the countries a plan covers, but we cannot promise coverage in every place inside a country.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency on the plan page and include any tax we must charge. Approximate prices in other currencies are a guide only; you pay the price in the charge currency.
- You pay once, by card, through our secure payment provider. We do not see or keep your card number.
- Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Delivery
We send your eSIM (a QR code and manual install codes) by email and show it on your order page, normally within a minute of payment. If it takes longer, the order page keeps checking and we email you as soon as it is ready.
5. When your plan starts and ends
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in a covered country, unless the plan page says otherwise. The plan ends when its days run out or its data is used up, whichever comes first. Unused data does not carry over.
6. Installing and keeping your eSIM
Most eSIMs can be installed only once. Do not delete the eSIM from your phone while you still need it. Keep your QR code and order page private: anyone who has them could install your eSIM.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: an eSIM that has not been installed can usually be refunded; an installed or used eSIM can only be refunded when it did not work because of a fault on our side.
8. Fair use
Plans are for personal use while travelling. You must not resell them, use them for unlawful purposes, or use them in a way that harms the networks or other users. We may stop a plan that is misused.
9. Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the service working, but we depend on local mobile networks we do not control. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your order. For any question, use the contact form on our support page.
