Signing in and creating an account
Create a customer account, sign in, and reset a forgotten password.
What this page is for
A customer account keeps every eSIM you buy from Safar Demo in one place, with live data usage. You do not need an account to buy, but it makes the next trip easier.
These pages let you create an account, sign in, and choose a new password if you forgot yours.
How to create an account
- Open Sign in at the top of the store, then Create an account (or go to the register page from your order page).
- Fill in your Name (optional), Email and a Password of at least 10 characters with letters and numbers. Type the password again.
- Press Create account. You are signed in straight away.
- We send you an email. Open the link in it to confirm your address. Orders you placed earlier as a guest with the same email then join your account.
The confirmation link works for three days. If it expired, press Send the link again on your My eSIMs page.
How to sign in

- Sign in with the new password.
FAQs
Why are my earlier orders not in my account? Guest orders only join once you confirm your email address. This stops anyone from seeing your eSIMs by registering with your address. Open the link in the confirmation email.
I did not get the email. Check your spam folder, then press Send the link again on My eSIMs. For a password reset, ask for a new link.
It says the reset link is not valid any more. Reset links expire. Ask for a new one.
I see "Too many attempts". Wait a minute and try again.
