My eSIMs
See every eSIM in your account, its live data usage and days left.
What this page is for
My eSIMs lists every eSIM in your Safar Demo account, grouped by order, with how much data is left and how many days remain. Open an eSIM to see its usage in detail, its install QR code and (on some stores) your messages with us about it.
How to check your data and days left
- Sign in and open My eSIMs at the top of the store.
- Each eSIM shows its status, a bar with the data used, and the days left.
- Press Details to open one eSIM. Press Refresh there for the newest figures.
The figures come from the mobile network and can be a few minutes behind. If live figures are not available, the page says so and shows the plan as sold.
How to install or reinstall from your account
Open an eSIM's Details. The Install QR code is there, with a link to the full Install steps on the order page. Remember that most eSIMs can only be installed once.
How to buy more data
Press Buy another plan on an eSIM's page. You go to the plans for the same country.
How to message us about an eSIM
On stores with a support inbox, the eSIM's page has Messages about this eSIM. Write what happens and what you already tried, then press Send. Our reply appears there and by email. A dot on Details means there is a new reply.
On other stores, use Send us a message to go to the contact form with your order details filled in.
What the statuses mean
- Not installed: the eSIM has not been added to a phone yet.
- Installed, not started: it is on a phone but has not connected in a covered country yet.
- Active: in use.
- Data used up: no data left. Buy another plan to stay online.
- Expired: the plan's days have run out.
- Suspended or Cancelled: the eSIM no longer works. Contact us if you did not expect this.
- Status unavailable: we could not read the status right now. Try Refresh later.
We also email you when an eSIM is running low, is about to end, is used up or has ended.
FAQs
An order is missing. Orders placed as a guest join once you confirm your email address. Use Send the link again if you see the reminder at the top.
Why does an eSIM say "Preparing"? It is still being prepared. It appears with its eSIM number as soon as it is ready.
How do I sign out? Press Sign out at the top of My eSIMs.
